ZURICH, Switzerland (December 27, 2023) – Doofus Corporation today announced the resignation of Lois Li from her role as corporate secretary, effective December 27, 2023. This decision is a result of a shift in risk policies at her legal firm, where she serves as the managing partner.
Lois had been a valuable member of our team, holding the position of corporate secretary since September 19, 2019. Despite stepping down from this role, we are pleased to confirm that she will continue as legal counsel to Doofus.
During this transitional period, Jacques Fourie will be taking on the responsibilities of corporate secretary until a suitable replacement is appointed.
