Doofus Corporation Announces Financial Results for the First Quarter Ended March 31, 2026

AUSTIN, Texas (June 16, 2026) – Doofus Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Doofus” or the “Corporation”), announces its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026.

The Corporation reported no revenue for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 and a net loss of $1,324,754, compared to a net loss of $36,262 for the same period in 2025. Net loss per share (basic and diluted) was $0.00216, compared to $0.00007 for the first quarter of 2025. The increase in net loss was primarily attributable to a non-cash loss on deconsolidation of $1,239,525 recognized in connection with the sale of Roguehog Corporation to a related party and the subsequent deconsolidation of that entity.

Loss from operations was $85,229 compared to $55,532 for the same period in 2025. Excluding the non-cash loss on deconsolidation, the Corporation's activities during the quarter remained focused on data procurement, marketing, product development, and the expansion of its operational capabilities.
