AUSTIN, Texas (April 2, 2025) – Doofus Corporation, a Delaware corporation, (“Doofus”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Donald Dongwhan Min as an independent director, effective April 1. Donald is an experienced intellectual property (IP) attorney and business advisor with a background in patent law, due diligence, and corporate counsel across technology, transportation, and business finance.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School. He is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and a member of the California and Washington, D.C. bar associations.
Throughout his career, Donald has advised companies on IP strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business operations. As Vice President at Hyperloop One, he was responsible for IP management, product strategy, and strategic partnerships. He has also held senior IP counsel roles at Johnson Controls and Qualcomm, managing patent portfolios and litigation.
Beyond his corporate experience, Donald has worked with early-stage companies at Global Trust Group and Global Community Capital, where he assisted with due diligence and investment strategy. He is currently the founder of DAEMON Advisors, providing guidance on IP and business strategy.
His insights into IP, business law, and corporate strategy will bring valuable perspective to the Doofus board.
