ZURICH, Switzerland (December 7, 2022) – Doofus Corporation today announced the resignations of Johannes (Johan) Christoffel Joubert and Timothy (Tim) James O’Donnell as independent directors effective December 2, 2022.
Johan had been an independent director since January 1, 2020 and served as Lead Independent Director of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and as member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
Tim had been an independent director since January 1, 2020 and served as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and as member of the Audit Committee.
Jacques Fourie will serve as the sole director of Doofus until the scale of Company operations warrants the appointment of additional directors. All committee responsibilities revert to the Board of Directors for the time being.
